About Anthony Westenberg

With an Masters in International Relations (University of Amsterdam), and a BA (McGill) Anthony’s communication and environmental career has spanned a number of countries in 4 inter-related sectors: government, corporate, NGO and academia. After working at Environment Canada, Anthony went to Paris to work for UNEP, and Business school INSEAD helping establish the Centre for the Management of Environmental and Social Responsibility. In Amsterdam, he headed up communications for the $6 billion Euro global corporation Randstad, and set up their CSR practice. Returning to Canada after 7 years in Europe, he now works at Evergreen as spokesperson managing the PR-communication needs of Evergreen nationally and Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto. He has been at Evergreen coming on 5 years.
