New Orleans is a global leader in adapting to the risks of climate change and now seeks to join cities around the world that are mitigating their impact on climate change through aggressive reductions in greenhouse gases.

FUSE Fellow Siobhan Foley is working to develop and implement the City’s first comprehensive Climate Action Plan. Siobhan most recently worked at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) where she led the Advanced Energy Working Group for CGI America. Previously, she worked at the Center for Sustainable Energy to increase adoption of clean energy technologies, and on solar education and corporate engagement with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation. Siobhan also led strategic marketing and communications initiatives in travel, theater and e-commerce. She holds an MA in sustainability management for the public sector from the Presidio Graduate School and a BA from Columbia University.
